We're partnering with a respected commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across Sydney as they are seeking an Assistant Contract Administrator to join their team.
n
This is an excellent prospect for an emerging construction professional looking to develop their commercial skills, gain exposure to complex projects, and work alongside experienced industry professionals in a supportive environment.

The Role
n
n
Assist with subcontractor procurement, tendering and contract administration activities
n
Support the preparation of subcontract agreements, variations and progress claims
n
Assist with project cost tracking, reporting and financial administration
n
Maintain accurate project documentation and records through Procore
n
Work closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, subcontractors and consultants
n
Support the delivery of projects from procurement through to completion
n
n
About You
n
n
1-3 years' experience in a Contract Administrator, Assistant Contract Administrator or similar role
n
Experience within commercial construction preferred
n




Strong understanding of construction processes and contract administration principles
n
Solid communication skills with the ability to build relationships across project teams
n
Robust organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach
n
Experience using Procore or similar construction management platforms highly regarded
n
Degree or qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline preferred
n
