The Role
n
As a Strata Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on problem-solving, balancing priorities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:
n

Managing a portfolio of schemes with the support of a strata assistant
n
Attending and facilitating body corporate meetings, including minute-taking
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with committees and stakeholders
n
Providing expert advice to clients
n
Preparing and managing budgets
n
Reviewing financial statements and overseeing arrears
n
Resolving disputes in a skilled and timely manner
n
n




About You
n
You're an experienced and organised professional with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and you're confident managing competing priorities. If you have experience in body corporate, we'd love to hear from you.

You will bring:

Experience in strata/body corporate management, real estate, or facilities management
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Confidence in running meetings and producing accurate minutes
n
A solutions-focused approach with proven problem-solving ability
n
Financial acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and arrears management
n
A professional, client-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence
