Job Description
Genetec Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer Team Leader in Australia, based in Sydney. You will lead a 3–4 person support team, coordinate post-sales services, and escalate complex issues while maintaining deep knowledge of Genetec solutions.

You will provide in office and remote support, contribute to documentation, and train new employees. Travel up to 35% is required, with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.
