The Opportunity

Step into a hands-on role where your advice counts. As part of our collaborative People & Culture team,
you'll partner with leaders to solve workforce challenges, guide complex people matters, support colleagues and drive initiatives that strengthen leadership, performance and culture across Council.
n
About You
n
You're a proactive, solutions-focused People & Culture professional who builds trust, takes initiative and gets things moving. You bring sound judgement, practical advice and the confidence to support leaders through complex workforce matters, change and day-to-day people decisions.
n
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
n
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.
n
Demonstrated experience providing strategic and operational People & Culture advice across a broad range of workforce matters.
n
Solid interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
n
Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
