n $110k - $150k + Vehicle + Super (depends on experience) + Profit Share scheme

About the Role
n
As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the overall branch performance, overseeing daily operations while ensuring exceptional customer service, strong team engagement, and profitable business outcomes.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations and performance
n
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
n
Manage customer enquiries, negotiate solutions, and support commercial discussions
n
Oversee operational teams including drivers, yard personnel, service staff, and administration teams
n
Coordinate resources, scheduling, equipment allocation, and project requirements
n
n
n
Monitor branch financial performance including budgets, profitability, utilisation, and cost control
n




Support business development opportunities within the region
n
Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence
n
Lead from the front and provide hands-on support to the team when required
n
n

About You

You are an experienced and capable leader with strong business acumen and a passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Previous Branch Manager or Senior Leadership experience
n
A strong background in the hire industry, equipment rental, construction, industrial services, trades or related sectors
n
n
n
Proven people leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
n
Strong branch operations knowledge and understanding of business performance drivers
n
Sound business and financial acumen, including budgeting and full P&L; management
n
n
