The Role

Are you a sharp B2B sales professional who loves hunting current business, managing pipelines, and closing deals?

We are seeking a driven BDM to spearhead business development for our premium Melbourne CBD portfolio. In this role, you will lease luxury workspace and lifestyle office solutions within a unique ecosystem that seamlessly blends corporate workspace, business networks, and high-end hospitality.
n
You will own the full sales cycle—turning inbound leads and proactive prospecting into high-value corporate accounts.
n
Key Responsibilities

Drive Revenue: Own the end-to-end sales cycle to hit monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
n
B2B Prospecting: Generate new business through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic corporate partnerships.
n
C‐Suite Engagement: Build trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, and business owners across Melbourne.
n
Pipeline Management: Conduct site tours, handle negotiations,



execute commercial agreements, and maintain CRM accuracy.

About You
n
n
We are looking for a polished, consultative closer with a proven track record in high-touch B2B environments. You likely have a background in Commercial Property, Real Estate, Recruitment, Premium Hospitality, Furniture Sales, or Professional Services.

Most importantly, you know how to build trust, navigate complex decision-making units, and articulate the value of a premium product.
