We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable / Procurement Officer to join our finance team, based at our head office branch. This role manages end-to-end accounts payable processes as well as supporting procurement activity across the business.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Process supplier invoices, matching to purchase orders and delivery dockets
n
Manage supplier accounts, payment runs, and reconciliations
n
Respond to supplier queries and resolve invoice discrepancies
n
Manage procurement activities, including purchase orders and supplier setup
n
Liaise with branch and operations staff on purchasing and invoicing matters
n
Assist with office management responsibilities and tasks as needed
n

About you
n
n
Previous experience in an accounts payable/procurement role
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Confident using accounting/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience highly regarded)
n
Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across the business
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
Previous experience working in a family-owned business would be favorable
n
