End User Support:
n
Provide timely support across hardware, software, and network issues

Manage and prioritise tickets with clear communication

Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes; implement fixes
n
Digital Infrastructure Management:
n
Support and maintain systems (devices, servers, network, cloud)
n
Monitor performance; apply upgrades, patches, and fixes
n
Maintain system documentation
n
Software and Application Support:
n
Install and support business applications
n
Manage updates and software licensing
n
IT Procurement and Asset Management:
n
Procure IT equipment and manage vendors
n
Maintain asset register (hardware, licenses, warranties)
n
Ensure compliance with asset processes and audits
n
Security and Compliance:
n
Apply security controls and best practices
n
Monitor risks and recommend improvements
n
User Training and Education:
n
Deliver training on systems and cybersecurity
n
Promote effective use of tools across the business
n
Required Skills and Qualifications and required experience:
n
5+ years IT support / engineer experience
n
Degree in IT or related field
n
Robust Windows/Mac + networking knowledge
n
Experience troubleshooting across systems and networks
n
ITIL knowledge (incident/change/problem management)
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management
n
Relevant certifications (A+, MCP, CCNA) beneficial
n
