We're looking for an exceptional Deputy General Manager to help lead one of our flagship clubs and deliver the kind of experience our members won't find anywhere else.

The Opportunity
n
As Deputy General Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of SAINT HAVEN.
n
Working alongside the General Manager, you'll lead the daily rhythm of the club, setting the standard for service, people, performance and member experience.
n
You'll be highly visible, hands-on and obsessed with the details. From the moment a member walks through the door to every interaction across the club, you'll ensure the experience feels effortless, elevated and unmistakably SAINT HAVEN.

You'll:

Lead daily club operations across multiple departments
n
Drive an exceptional, highly personalised member experience
n
Coach and develop leaders, building a high-performing and accountable team
n
Oversee rostering, workforce planning and operational performance
n
Connect Fitness, Memberships, Haven, Food & Beverage and Front of House into one seamless experience
n
Maintain exceptional standards across presentation, safety, compliance and service
n
Partner with the General Manager on commercial priorities and club performance
n
Take the lead in the General Manager's absence
n
n
About You
n
You're a natural operator and people leader who understands that luxury is in the detail.
n
You'll bring 3+ years' leadership experience across luxury hotels, premium hospitality, private members' clubs, wellness, fitness or another high-touch service environment.
n
You know how to lead from the floor, develop great people and create experiences that keep members coming back. You're commercially switched on, operationally sharp and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
n
Most importantly, average isn't in your vocabulary.
