Job Description
Choice Community Health in Croydon, Victoria, is seeking casual Disability Support workers to provide social and community participation assistance.
You will support appointments, outings, social groups, and activities while promoting independence and confidence among participants.
We value empathetic, reliable team members with solid communication skills and a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Driving licence and WWC are preferred.
