The Role

We are looking for an organised and experienced Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal customer service within our Broome Trade Store!
n
Joining a phenomenally long tenured team (the last recruitment for this store happened back in ****), we are providing the rare opportunity for an experienced retail skilled who can hit the ground running to become part of our community.
n
Engaging with all aspects of running a successful store (from operating forklift trucks to providing expert advice to tradesmen); this role is ideal for a professional who has worked previously with industrial supplies to call home.
n
What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and email.
n
Provide expert advice on a wide range of industrial products.
n
Keep administration organised as required
n
Uphold safety standards and foster a positive team culture.
n
n
Our Ideal Candidate will have
n
n
Extensive previous experience in a similar wholesale, trades or industrial supplies environment
n
Positive and clear customer service manner - both verbally and over email
n
A valid forklift ticket and experience with forklift trucks
n
A proactive and team first attitude with a willingness to communicate well
n
n
