BYD Homebush is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the dealership.
You will manage daily reception duties at the after-sales service front desk, coordinate maintenance activities, and provide direct support to the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.
In this role, you will promote dealership services, schedule repairs, prepare work orders, and ensure seamless vehicle handovers while delivering outstanding customer service.
