The Company

Our client is a front-running high-end residential landscape construction and maintenance business with a very bright future ahead.

They have been established for 20 years and have built a well-known and reputable brand in Sydney and Regional NSW, where they regularly gain repeat business due to their high standards and performance.

They deliver bespoke gardens and outdoor entertainment areas for private clients in the local area, which involve all facets of landscaping; concreting, paving, decking, brickwork, fencing, pools, turfing, planting etc.

The Chance
n
A rare position has opened up for a fresh face to join the maintenance team and to work on some prestigious sites managing a small crew.
n




You will be provided with a highly efficient and hard-working crew of maintenance professionals to deliver these contracts, along with transparent communication and mentoring from the Operations Manager.
n

The Duties

Schedule weekly work
n
Manage a small crew of 1-2 staff
n
Delegate tasks
n
Get the most out of your team!
n
Liaise with clients
n
Order equipment and resources
n
Communicate with local community
n
Hands-on maintenance work
n
Report into an Operations Manager
n
n
The Requirements
n
n
Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens
n
3-5+ years' experience within the landscape maintenance industry
n
Commercial OR high-end residential maintenance experience
n
Personable and presentable
n
Strong managerial and organisational skills
n
n
