With over 40 branches across Australia, we are now seeking a HR Business Partner to join our Brisbane-based team at our HQ in Pinkenba.

Reporting to the Group HR Manager, this is a hands-on, people-focused role supporting our national, multi-site workforce where no two days are the same!
n

Partnering with our Regional and Branch Managers you will be Coaching, advising and supporting managers on performance issues, employee development, and policy interpretation
n
Managing and supporting the resolution of employee relations matters
n
Ensuring compliance with workplace legislation, company policies, and Modern Awards
n
Providing support with recruitment and onboarding to ensure we attract, hire and onboard top talent
n
Partnering with leaders to promote a positive people experience consistent with our values across all sites
n




Contributing to the implementation of HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects
n
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
n

What You'll Bring:
n
n
Experience in a HR Business Partner or generalist HR role...extra brownie points if it's within a multi-site or industrial environment
n
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards
n
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, coach, and build trust with operational leaders
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving ability
n
Confidence working independently, managing priorities, and delivering consistent outcomes
n
HR or Business-related qualifications are highly regarded
n
