We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer / Field Support Specialist to join our growing NSW team. This role is ideal for a hands‐on technical professional with field installation experience and a strong background in technical product training.

About the role
n
n
Deliver technical training on gas hot water, heat pump and heating products to contractors, plumbers and Rinnai employees.
n
Develop and maintain effective training materials, programs and technical documentation.
n
Provide onsite technical and field support to our warranty contractor network.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated installation, product, service and customer enquiries.
n
Complete workshop product conversions and support product incident investigations.
n
Ensure warranty contractors meet required competency and quality standards.
n
Work closely with internal stakeholders and undertake some regional travel.
n

About you




n
n
A relevant trade qualification in plumbing, gas fitting and/or refrigeration.
n
Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of the design, installation, servicing, operation and repair of gas and heat pump hot water, electrical and/or refrigeration appliances.
n
Demonstrated experience delivering technical product training.
n
Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills together with excellent communication skills.
n
A practical, customer-focused approach and the confidence to provide technical support in the field.
n
