Site Manager - Luxury Residential & Townhouse Projects

Our Client is an award winning luxury residential & townhouse builder that specialises in building projects in the Eastern & South Eastern suburbs. They have numerous revenue streams ranging from one-off custom current build homes to renovations as well as luxury townhouse projects ranging in value from $250K - $20M.

They have several major residential & townhouse projects soon to commence so are looking to add a Site Manager to the team. The role will oversee 1 - 2 projects concurrently (depending on scale/location). They will either be large one-off custom residential new builds or high-end/luxury townhouse projects.

The role will be closely mentored by the Construction Manager and oversee all aspects of delivery as well as assisting with other coordination aspects.



The role will be Client-facing so you must be well presented & personable with the right attitude and the ability to deal with demanding Clients.

In return the successful candidate will receive a permanent position with one of the best employers across the Industry. On the job training & development will also be offered. Salary will be flexible dependent on experience with a range of $140,000 - $175,000 total package.
