Job Description
As a Car Sales Consultant, you'll be involved in the complete customer journey – from the first enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You'll engage with customers, follow up enquiries and turn opportunities into sales across a constantly changing range of vehicles, from affordable everyday cars and hybrids through to 4WDs, European and performance vehicles.

Key responsibilities

Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle requirements
n
Responding to phone, online and social media sales enquiries
n
Following up leads and prospective customers
n
Showing customers vehicles and explaining features
n
Conducting and assisting with test drives
n
Negotiating and closing vehicle sales
n
Following up customers who have previously enquired
n
Working with our finance team to assist customers with finance enquiries
n
Assisting with trade-in enquiries
n
Keeping accurate records of leads and customer follow-ups
n

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers

Robust communication and negotiation skills

Motivated by targets and commission

Able to follow up leads proactively

Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries
n
Professional and presentable appearance
n
Comfortable using phones, messaging, social media and online platforms
n
Positive and competitive attitude
n
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
n
Hold a valid Australian driver's licence
