Skills and experience
n
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
n
n
A High Safety Focus
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in Linehaul Loading Operations
n
Successfully demonstrate understanding of Mass Management
n
Successfully demonstrate understanding of Load Restraint Guidelines
n




Enthusiastic and energetic team player
n
Comply with all OHS regulations and Chain of Responsibility requirements
n
Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instruction
n
Capability to supervise a small team
n
n
Job tasks and responsibilities
n
n
Conduct efficient and effective loading/unloading of interstate linehaul
n
Verify, document, and check the accuracy of consignments, weights, and destination labels (State/Onforwarding, etc)
n
Conduct efficient and effective loading/unloading of local PUD fleet
n
Complete required forms; linehaul load, photograph interstate loads, and document damages via the damage report form
n
Ensure organisational service standards are maintained
n
Sign off driver Runsheet's (ensuring that correct information is listed, Pod's returned signed and dated, hours listed are accurate and pallets have been exchanged)
n
Lead by example on all safety and compliance standards
n
Supervise staff to ensure they complete all duties to company standard
n
