As our Service Department continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Assistant Manager to join the team at Windsor. Working closely with Phil, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, developing team performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role
n
As the Service Assistant Manager, you'll support the Service Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational oversight, team support, and customer engagement.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Assisting with the day-to-day management of the Service Department
n
Supporting and mentoring Service Advisors to achieve performance and customer satisfaction targets
n
Managing customer enquiries and resolving service issues in a professional and timely manner
n
Monitoring workshop productivity and workflow to ensure operational efficiency
n
Driving customer retention through exceptional service delivery
n
Identifying opportunities to increase service department revenue through value-added products and services
n
Assisting with performance reporting, departmental administration, and process improvement initiatives
n




Working closely with technicians and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
n
Maintaining manufacturer standards and dealership compliance requirements
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, or similar leadership position within an automotive dealership
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
n
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
n
A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service
n
Proven experience in achieving sales, retention, and CSI objectives
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
n
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
n
A positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail
n
A current driver's licence
n
