Global Cyber Security company seeks a skilled Software Test Engineer with excellent Java skills and Playwright to work on complex UI, API, Back-End Automated Testing initiatives. 1 year Renewable Contract. Will work on cutting-edge Automation Testing End-To- End solutions in a robust Java DevOps Docker/Kubernetes) environment. Must have top Java coding skills. $850 Daily. 1 year assignment. Mostly WFH. Must be based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Design, develop and execute feature test, end to end test, and regression test for API and UI.
n
Maintain automation testing framework; Integrate automation test into CI/CD pipelines and monitor daily regression test result.
n
Log, track and verify software defects; reproduce issues and validate fixes.
n
Collaborate with QA , Devs and PO to develop test strategies and plans.
n
Execute deployment test, compatibility test and failover test according to product rollouts.
n
Develop test scripts to run 2h/48h performance test periodically.
n




Monitor and test in production during rollout.
n
n
Required Skills/Experience:
n
n
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT.
n
Strong understanding of testing principles and practices.
n
Rich experience in Back-End test.
n
5+ years of experience in Test Automation with JAVA or other programming languages.
n
Experience in software development and strong understanding of SDLC.
n
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
n
Strong experience with Agile development methodologies and JIRA, Confluence
n
Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
n
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git.
n
Good to have experience with Docker, Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kubernetes.
