D365 F&O; Business Analyst – Finance | 6+ Month Contract

We're seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Business Analyst with strong Finance experience to join a reputable and reliable organisation on an initial 6+ month contract. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the Sydney office and strong potential to extend.
n
You'll work closely with Finance stakeholders and technical teams to help shape and optimise D365 F&O; processes across a key program of work.
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear D365 F&O; solutions
n
Analyse and document current-state and future-state processes within the Finance modules
n
Develop functional specifications and user stories for configuration and enhancements
n
Support system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT) and issue resolution
n
Liaise with technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with best practice and business needs
n




Assist with change management, training and user adoption activities
n
Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations across D365 F&O; Finance
n
n
About you:
n
n
Strong experience as a D365 F&O; Business Analyst, with a focus on Finance modules
n
Proven background working with finance stakeholders in medium–large organisations
n
Solid end-to-end project exposure: requirements, documentation, testing and implementation
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across business and IT
n
n
