Maintenance Technician – Food Manufacturing
n (Full‐Time)Salary: $90,000–$100,000 + Super + Overtime
n Roster: Monday to Friday | 7:00am–3:00pm (occasional 10:00am–6:00pm days)

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a high‐volume food manufacturing environment. This role suits someone who enjoys hands‐on mechanical and electrical work, thrives in a fast‐paced production setting, and takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.
n About the Role:You'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving a wide range of production and packaging machinery. The work is wide-ranging, essential to daily operations, and offers strong long‐term stability.

Key Responsibilities
n

Reactive and preventative maintenance across production lines
n
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and automation faults
n
Servicing conveyors, mixers, ovens, pumps, motors and packaging equipment
n
Completing maintenance logs, safety checks and compliance documentation
n




Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
n
Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime
n

What You Bring
n
n
Trade qualification: Maintenance Fitter, Electrician or Dual‐Trade
n
Experience in FMCG, food, beverage or packaging manufacturing
n
Strong mechanical and electrical fault‐finding capability
n
Ability to work safely within strict hygiene and compliance standards
n
Comfortable with occasional roster variation (7–3 and 10–6)
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
