New Graduate Program includes:
n
Two weeks of graduate specific orientation covering topics including practice procedures, the NDIS, speech pathology assessments and interventions, whilst gradually increasing your client caseload.
n
You will engage in work shadowing days with experienced clinicians within your team, undertake weekly 1:1 clinical supervision a Senior Speech Pathologist with over 7 years in the industry, attend monthly group supervision and monthly internal career development workshops to collaborate with your peers, sharing experiences and advice.
n
Access a $**** professional development allowance and 2 day PD leave to undertake external courses.
n
Your Role:
n
n
Deliver individualised and group therapy services to children 0 to 18 years to develop communication and swallowing skills.
n
Conduct assessments (articulation and phonology, literacy, language, pragmatics, dysphagia), analyse results and reports on funding for children and young people.
n
Participate in clinical case discussions to ensure holistic care is provided to clients.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
n
SPA membership
n
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
Drivers license and own vehicle
n
n
