Due to rapid expansion of plant facilities and increased growth opportunities, our client is now seeking to appoint a Process Plant Engineer with experience in plant utilities to provide sound engineering solutions for all critical utilities equipment.
n
About the Opportunity
n
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, key duties include the following:
n
n
Provide professional engineering solutions to critical plant utilities such as HVAC, pure water systems, WFI, steam, gases etc.
n
Improve the reliability & criticality of plant equipment through continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Maintain operating trends, plant failures & operating incidents, developing & implementing engineering solutions.
n
Review plant maintenance history, waste & energy usage, mass energy balances recommending performance improvement programs.
n




Manage & supervise technical contractors during regular maintenance & major shutdowns.
n
Effectively liaise with all internal & external key stakeholders.
n
n
About You
n
As the successful candidate, you will have the following skills & experience:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical).
n
Experience in utilities (HVAC, pure water systems, steam systems & critical gases).
n
Industry experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, FMCG etc.
n
2 to 5 years experience.
n
Well developed problem solving skills.
n
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
n
