Business Analyst (SAP S/4HANA Cutover) 10-Month Contract Brisbane Are you ready to join a high-impact, large-scale ERP transformation program? We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Cutover) to bridge the gap between technology and business teams, leading critical implementation and cutover activities to ensure a seamless transition and operational readiness for Go Live.

What You Will Do
n
Support cutover activities within established governance and the SAP Activate methodology to transition smoothly from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
n
Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking technical cutover processes while managing progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
n
Collaborate with program schedulers to maintain cutover schedules including downtime, data conversion, and batch processing alignment.
n
Support cutover rehearsals, Go Live simulations, technical change management, and release management to minimise operational disruption.
n
Coordinate hypercare and post-Go Live stabilisation efforts to ensure rapid issue resolution and knowledge transfer to operational teams.

What You Need to Apply for This Role
n




Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering outcomes within large, complex programs.
n
Strong working knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FICO, SAP MM).
n
Proven planning and delivery capability in complex environments, with experience in scheduling or supporting Master Schedulers.
n
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across cross-functional and technical teams.
n
Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills to manage risks and cutover dependencies effectively.
n
You must be a Brisbane based candidate with unlimited working rights to be considered.
