Role Description
We are seeking a full time Business Development Manager- West based in Melbourne. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth prospects, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue primarily through winning and retaining recent end user accounts.
Remuneration
$80,000 to $100,000 base
Fully maintained vehicle and tools of trade provided

You may have sales experience in food or bring relevant experience from an adjacent industry but the most important is the right attitude, work ethic and desire to grow your career!
Qualifications
Sales and business negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close current business opportunities
Proficiency in market analysis, revenue growth strategies, and business development techniques
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other data-driven tools for analysis
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid work workplace
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus
