About the Role
n
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker in Melton, Bacchus Marsh & Surrounds to join our growing care team.
n
Work available Mon - Fri.
n
Some of your tasks will include
n
n
Assisting clients/participants with daily living activities (including personal care)
n
Providing companionship and emotional support
n
Making the client feel secure, heard and respected
n
Providing transport and community access
n
Provide domestic assistance as needed
n
n
About You
n
We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate,



people-focused individuals with strong communication skills who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others. You will also have:

n
Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Disability (required)
n
Medication trained (desirable)Experience with complex care in disability
n
Understanding of qualified boundaries within the support work scope
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
CPR and First Aid certifications
n
Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver License
n
