Company: ConsultANZ is seeking a Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join a civil earthworks and roading project in Sydney.

Main Duties
n
We are seeking motivated and experienced Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join our growing team delivering civil earthworks and roading projects across the Sydney.
n
n
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities.
n
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
n
Prepare and review construction programs, methodologies, and work packs.
n
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site resources.
n
Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
n
Assist with cost control, forecasting, and project reporting.
n
Review engineering drawings and specifications.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
n
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Civil Engineer on civil earthworks and/or roading projects.
n




Demonstrated experience managing project delivery, including planning, procurement, cost control, and programme management.
n
Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors.
n
Sound knowledge of Australian construction standards and safety requirements.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
