Komatsu is seeking skilled Boilermakers to join our Remanufacturing team in Welshpool on a 7:7 roster. In this role, you will be responsible for completing repairs and remanufacturing of Komatsu OEM components, ensuring all work is completed to the highest engineering and repair standards.

Our 7:7 roster offers the flexibility and work-life balance of a mining roster, without the need to travel or work away from home.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Repair and remanufacture Komatsu OEM components to the highest standard.
n
Complete jobs safely, efficiently, and in line with OEM and quality requirements.
n
Conduct job planning, estimations, and maintain accurate documentation.
n
Source parts and manage tooling to support workshop productivity.
n
Identify and resolve quality issues while ensuring compliance with Komatsu's Quality Management System.
n
Support and mentor apprentices and tradespeople through on-the-job training.
n
Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and professionalism.
n

Potential Annual Earnings: $153,000
n
Roster's available: 7:7 — Day shift only

What you'll need
n
n




Trade qualification as a Boilermaker with relevant industry experience.
n
Current welding certifications.
n
Valid C Class Driver's Licence.
n
High Risk licences (or the ability to obtain), including Dogging, Rigging,
n
Solid troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
n
Basic computer literacy.
n
Commitment to safety, including hazard identification and risk assessment processes.
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing.
n
