Gaming Manager | Burleigh Heads Hotel

Are you an experienced gaming specialist looking for an exciting new role at a completely transformed beachside venue? The Burleigh Heads Hotel is searching for a dedicated, service-driven Gaming Manager (Full time or Part-Time) to take command of our brand-new gaming room for our grand reopening on September 23rd!
n
This is a focused, high-impact specialist role within an elevated, day-to-night venue identity. We are stepping away from the late-night nightclub scene to create a warm, premium, and highly compliant gaming environment. You will take true ownership of the gaming floor, fostering a host-led service style while benefiting from the major operational lifestyle perk of earlier closing times than standard high-volume gaming hotels.

A day in the life of a Gaming Manager:
n
Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
n
Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
n
Share your gaming know-how and help your team be the best in the biz
n
Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift
n
Inherent requirements:
n
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).



Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:
n
You've been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
n
You've learned from great managers and are ready to step up
n
You've got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
n
You understand compliance and safe gaming inside out
n
You've got a current RSA and RSG as per state requirements
n
