Mandatory Skills
Robust experience in Business Analysis and business process mapping.
Hands-on experience with L3/L4 process mapping; Holocentric preferred.
Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria (Given/When/Then).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Solid experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Experience with Visio and/or Holocentric.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and traceability.
Domain Experience
Solid experience in Banking / Financial Services.
Collections, Hardship, Debt Management, or related domain experience preferred.
Experience working on large-scale migration or transformation programs.
Nice to Have
Experience with target-state platform migrations and downstream system integration.
Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
Familiarity with PLATO, AssistNow, or similar collections platforms.
