Job Description
Kinetic is seeking a proactive Network Controller to support live transport operations. In this role, you'll coordinate driver and vehicle movements, respond to incidents, and help maintain reliable services.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage live transport network KPIs, ensuring on-time and reliable service.
n
Provide real-time support to drivers during incidents and emergencies.
n
Collaborate with depots to adjust operations in response to disruptions.
n
Record and escalatin incidents and maintain accurate system documentation.
n
Communicate with stakeholders, including emergency services and authorities,
when required.
n
Current Roster is a 4-on/4-off pattern, which will include rotation through some weekends.
n

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Experience in monitoring transport networks with strong attention to detail is preferred but not essential.
n
Proficiency in computer systems and communication tools.
n
MR or equivalent drivers licence preferred or willing to obtain.
n
Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
n
Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
