What you will be doing:

Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
n
Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
n
Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
n
Conducting assessments to guide clients toward new career paths
n
Collaborating with treatment providers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes
n
Developing graduated return-to-work plans by liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals
n
Case managing complex physical and psychological issues and coordinating with treating health professionals
n

What you will need:

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiology
n
Full AHPRA or ESSA Registration
n
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
n
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
