Job Description

We are looking for an accomplishedHSE Advisor to join our Castle Hill mining operations in WesternAustralia on a 9/6 FIFO roster fromPerth.
n
This position is central tostrengthening our Mine Safety Management System (MSMS) andsupporting the Site Senior Executive (SSE) and HSE Superintendentto meet obligations under the Work Health and Safety (Mines)Regulations **** (WA).

What You'll BeDoing
n

Strategic HSEleadership: Provide proactive, high-quality safety guidanceacross mining operations.
n
MSMSownership: Drive implementation,continuousimprovementand critical controlverification.
n
Fieldengagement: Lead inspections, audits and Critical RiskManagement interactions thatinfluencebehaviourandculture.
n
Risk, incident and complianceassurance: Facilitateinvestigations and risk assessments,drive corrective action close-out and monitor adherence toprocedures,permitsand statutoryrequirements.
n
SSEsupport,reportingandanalytics: Strengthen site governance and legislativecompliance through clear,accurateHSE reportingand performance insights.
n
Capabilitydevelopment: Coach supervisors and work teams to lift safetyperformance and decision-making.
n
Emergencyreadiness: Support emergency responseplanning,trainingand continuousimprovement.
n

About You
n
You'rea credible and proactivesafety professional with robust operational awareness, clearcommunicationskillsand the ability to influence withoutauthority, even in challengingconditions.
n
You willhave:
n
n




Provenexperience as an HSE Advisor withinmining,resourcesor heavyindustry.
n
CertificateIV in Work Health and Safety as a minimum.
n
Strongknowledge of WA mining legislation,MSMSrequirementsand critical controlmanagement.
n
Demonstratedcapability in investigations, audits,riskassessmentsand verificationactivities.
n
A trackrecordof working autonomously and making soundoperational decisions.
n
Excellentcommunication and relationship-building skills across alllevels.
n
Proficiencyin HSE systems,reportingtoolsand MicrosoftOffice.
n
A currentunrestricted C ClassDriver'sLicence.
n
Mining-specific qualifications or incidentinvestigation training, such as ICAM, will be highlyregarded.
n
