About the Role
n
As the Campus Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of high‐quality fitness education while overseeing the day‐to‐day coordination and operation of the campus.
n
This role combines delivery and assessment, student mentoring, campus coordination, and leadership responsibilities within an education environment.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and support the campus education team to deliver high‐quality student outcomes
n
Deliver engaging face‐to‐face classes, workshops, and practical training sessions
n
Deliver Certificate III and IV in Fitness qualifications
n
Deliver First Aid and CPR training where required
n
Train, assess, and support students in both classroom and practical learning environments
n
Demonstrate and supervise practical assessments within a commercial gym environment
n
Provide constructive feedback and ongoing student support
n
Maintain a professional, safe, and positive learning environment
n
Encourage student engagement, motivation, and career development
n
Collaborate with internal departments to support a positive student experience and campus outcomes
n
Oversee the day‐to‐day coordination and presentation of the campus, including classroom organisation, equipment management, and liaison with the facility management.
n
Monitor student attendance, progression, completions, and wellbeing to support positive training outcomes.
n
Complete administrative and compliance‐related tasks related to training delivery and campus operations
n

About You
n
n
Certificate III in Fitness
n
Certificate IV in Fitness (or higher)
n
Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
n
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Minimum 5 years' experience working in the fitness industry
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to lead by example and work autonomously
n
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
A passion for mentoring and helping others succeed
n
Confidence managing classroom environments
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent)
n
Diploma of Sport, Coaching or related field
n
Experience in sports coaching
n
Previous training, presenting, or teaching experience
n
n
