We're currently looking for a Optical Dispenser to join our Ringwood and Croydon practices. This opportunity would suit someone with at least 2 years of dispensing experience who enjoys building strong patient relationships, working with high-quality products, and being part of a supportive and skilled team.

What the Role Looks Like
n
You'll be involved in:
n

Optical dispensing and tailored lens recommendations
n
Providing frame styling and eyewear advice
n
Creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
n
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice
n
Working collaboratively with a close-knit team
n

About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Cert IV in Optical Dispensing
n
At least 2 years of optical dispensing experience
n
Previous independent practice experience highly regarded
n
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
Confidence using practice systems, with Optomate experience preferred
n
