About the Role
n
Join our team as a permanentGrade 3 Neuropsychologist (0.2 EFT, one day per week)delivering advanced neuropsychological care to children and young people affected by cancer andits treatment. The role also contributes to theLong TermFollow‐up Program Clinic, providing specialist survivorship monitoring and consultations with patients and families.
n
In this role, you will:
n
Deliver advanced paediatric neuropsychological care addressing cognitive, emotional and behavioural impacts of cancer, surgery, radiation and chemotherapy
n
Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to inform diagnosis, monitor developmental change, and guide long‐long-term survivorship care
n
Produce high-quality reports and deliver clear, timely feedback to families, clinicians, schools and external supports
n
Contribute to specialist consultation, supervision, education, research and service improvement activities
n
You will be guided under the leadership ofMonash Health Psychology, Medical Director of the MCCC, Nurse Unit Manager MCCC, and will create strong relationships withthe broader MCCC Allied Health team, Royal Children's Hospital and Paediatric Integrated Cancer Service.

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience, and attributes
n
Experience in or a strong interest in pursuing a career in paediatric oncology and haematologyor experience working with young people with serious health/medical conditions and diagnoses
n
You hold endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology and have a minimum 5 years' experience working as a registered psychologistat Grade 2 level (or equivalent)
n




You are a board approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia or would be eligible to undergo the appropriate training within 6 months of commencing the role
n
You are a collaborative team player who values partnership, shared expertise and working closely within a multidisciplinary team
n
