A leading financial institute is seeking an Identity Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis across the IAM and API platform areas.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Design, builds, modernises and operate identity and API platform capability used by bank customers and internal users.
n
Ownership of an existing, high-risk, production platform
n
Contribute to the development of distributed identity and authentication services, supporting secure authentication, authorisation and API access at scale
n
Working in an Agile engineering team, you will participate across the full lifecycle: from design and development through to production operations.
n
n
Key Skills / Experience:
n
n




Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and authentication flows.
n
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms like Ping, Okta, Entra ID, IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), or similar tools.
n
Kubernetes, EKS, GKE, containerisation, microservices platforms- all highly desirable
n
Cloud platforms and SaaS technologies.
n
Terraform, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation.
n
OIDC, SAML, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, IBM identity stack, authentication, authorisation, customer identity access management.
n
REST APIs, API gateways, integration platforms, microservices.
