We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to support purchasing activities across maintenance, planned works, facilities and capital works.
n

About the role
n
Raise and maintain purchase orders, ensuring supplier, cost, scope and approval information is accurate and complete.
n
Maintain supplier and contractor records, including compliance documentation and preferred supplier information.
n
Support Maintenance and Capital Works teams with purchasing processes, including requesting quotes from preferred suppliers.
n
Identify and follow up missing information, purchasing issues and discrepancies, escalating matters where required.
n
Work collaboratively with Procurement, Finance, Compliance,



Maintenance and Capital Works teams to keep purchasing activities moving.
n
About you
n
Experience in purchasing, procurement administration, accounts payable, contract administration or a similar administrative role.
n
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Confident working with purchase orders, quotes, invoices, supplier records and business systems.
n
Clear communicator with a practical, customer-focused and cooperative approach.
n
Relevant qualifications in business administration, procurement, finance, property services or a related field are desirable, although equivalent experience will be considered.
