About The Role

Based at our beautiful Weary Dunlop Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:

Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents in our General Care Unit
n
Coordinate, motivate and develop your team
n
Complete accurate and timely documentation
n
Provide support to your Clinical Manager
n
n
We have a full-time role available working Sunday to Thursday ***********.

About You
n
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge or within a previous nursing leadership role
n
The ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team
n
Kindness, compassion and drive to deliver first class care to our residents
