About the Opportunity
n
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager and a Senior Project Officerto join a major enterprise transformation initiative delivering large-scale workforce management, HR and finance system improvements across a complex, geographically dispersed organisation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the delivery of enterprise workforce management and rostering initiatives, including implementation planning, business readiness and operational transition activities.
n
Drive program governance, reporting, planning and delivery assurance across multiple interconnected projects and workstreams.
n
Partner with business, technology, finance, change and implementation teams to ensure alignment of priorities, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
n
Lead stakeholder engagement across operational, corporate and executive groups to support decision-making and successful implementation.
n
Oversee pilot programs and organisational readiness activities, ensuring lessons learned are incorporated into future delivery approaches.
n
Coordinate program-level reporting, governance forums, decision logs, risk and issue management, and executive communications.
n
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, RAID registers, governance artefacts and status reporting frameworks.
n
Support resource planning, workforce coordination, recruitment activities and vendor engagement processes.
n
Prepare high-quality executive reporting, briefing papers, presentations and governance materials.
n
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, escalating matters appropriately and driving timely resolution.
n




Foster continuous improvement of governance processes, delivery frameworks and program management practices.

About You
n
To be successful in this role you will possess:
n
n
Significant experience leading complex transformation, ERP, workforce management, HR technology or operational change programs.
n
Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide implementation initiatives within large and complex organisations.
n
Strong understanding of program and project governance, planning, reporting, risk management and executive stakeholder engagement.
n
Experience supporting or leading workforce management, rostering, payroll, HR, finance or enterprise systems implementation programs.
n
Proven ability to influence and engage senior leaders, operational stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors.
n
Strong financial and resource management capability, including budget oversight, forecasting and delivery tracking.
n
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-ready reports, briefing papers, presentations and governance documentation.
n
Solid organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
n

Requirements

Australian Citizenship requireddue to security clearance requirements associated with the role.
