Job Description
n
Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps modules
n
Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
n
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
n
Lead technical delivery and support end-to-end implementations
n
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards
n
Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
n
Troubleshoot issues and optimise platform performance
n
Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Currently hold Australian security clearance
n
Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
n
Experience with integrations and data migration
n
Valuable understanding of ITIL processes
n
Ability to work in Agile delivery environments
n
Interest in expanding skills into other ITSM tools, Cloud, AIOps, or Security
n
