About the role

We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our busy team. Your main duties will be to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, provide excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for taking drink orders, mixing beverages accurately, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and skilled manner
Take beverage and food orders and serve them promptly
Mix, garnish, and prepare drinks according to recipes or customer requests
Check identification to verify legal drinking age
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, glassware, utensils, and equipment
Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies
Process cash and card payments accurately




Monitor customer behavior and follow responsible alcohol service practices
Work with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

About you
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of drink recipes, bar tools, and beverage service
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced setting
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to stand for long periods and lift supplies when needed
Bartending experience preferred
Keno, TAB & RCG licenses preferred
Responsible Service of Alcohol certification required
