We are looking for experienced and knowledgeable Bartenders, Cocktail experience required, wine knowledge desirable, venue specific training provided. A positive sense of urgency and genuine love of all things hospitality is key. Weekend Availability essential.

Essential Requirements
Full Australian working rights
NSW RSA
Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
Ability to confidently carry three plates, and open wine during service
Solid communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent grooming and presentation
Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
