Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing workplace.
n
Assist in implementing fun, play-based educational programs in line with the EYLF.
n
Support permanent centre staff by seamlessly stepping in during busy periods, staff absences, or scheduled leave.
n
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
n
Maintain excellent supervision and adhere to National Quality Standards (NQS) and health and safety regulations.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Qualifications: Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively studying an ACECQA-approved qualification)
n
Compliance: A valid Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) for paid employment.
n
Certifications: Current food handling certificate and GECCKO National Child Safety Certificate (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).
n
Availability: Available at least 2 days per week, including availability for
n
Work Rights: Valid, unrestricted working rights within Australia.
n
Skills: Excellent communication, a proactive work ethic, and a genuine love for working with young children.
