ABOUT THE ROLE
n
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Medical Receptionist to join our team.
n
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n

Previous reception or customer service experience (medical preferred)
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n




Previous experience in medical reception or a similar customer service role
n
Knowledge of Best Practice software (highly regarded)
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
n
Professional presentation and a patient-focused attitude
n
Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office systems
n
Availability to work across clinic operating hours, including from 7:45am on weekdays through to late Monday–Friday, and 7:45am–5:00pm on weekends
n
Flexibility to work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts as required by the clinic
n
