We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our Front of House team. You will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences, bringing warmth, professionalism and a passion for exceptional drinks and service to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
n
Create classic and signature cocktails while maintaining consistency and quality.
n
Deliver warm, professional, and knowledgeable service to all guests.
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.
n
Manage stock levels, assist with inventory, and minimise waste.
n
Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and responsible service of alcohol.
n
Process orders accurately using the POS system.
n
Work collaboratively with the restaurant floor and kitchen teams to provide seamless service.
n
Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue.
n
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer,



and spirits.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
n
A positive attitude with a strong team-focused approach.
n
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
n
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
