You are an experienced payroll or HCM implementation professional who enjoys solving complex client problems, leading practical workshops and translating business requirements into effective system outcomes.

You will bring strong consulting capability, clear communication and a client-centred approach, with the confidence to mentor others and contribute to high-quality delivery across multiple engagements.

More than two years' experience in systems implementation, ideally with successful delivery of payroll, workforce management, or HCM solutions.
n
Strong process mapping and business analysis capability, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and design efficient future-state workflows.
n
Sound analytical judgement to assess client requirements, identify pain points and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to business objectives.
n
A solid commitment to quality,
best practice and regulatory compliance across payroll and implementation delivery.
n
Proven capability leading client workshops and meetings, facilitating productive discussions and presenting solutions with confidence.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust across client and internal stakeholder groups.
n
A developing or established reputation as a trusted payroll or HCM subject matter expert who can guide both clients and colleagues.
n
A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience that supports strong consulting, delivery and leadership capability.
n
