We are seeking a friendly and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our team at the EATONS QUALITY MEDICAL AND SKIN CANCER CENTRE in Brendale, QLD. This is a casual role where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of our medical practice.

What you'll be doing
n
Greeting and welcoming patients, both in person and on the phone, with a friendly and professional manner
n
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
n
Handling patient enquiries and providing information about our services
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
n
Assisting with the administrative tasks required to support the medical team
n
Working collaboratively with the rest of the practice team to provide the best possible experience for our patients
n
What we're looking for
n
Previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and qualified manner
n




Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a busy and varied workload
n
Proficiency in using medical practice management software and other relevant computer applications
n
A friendly, patient and empathetic approach, with a genuine interest in providing high-quality customer service
n
A commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and following established protocols and procedures
