Develop and manage rebate agreements and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Analyse rebate data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
n
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate rebate calculations and reporting.
n
Oversee the reconciliation of rebate accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
n
Provide insights and recommendations to improve rebate strategies and performance.
n
Ensure timely and accurate payments of rebates to stakeholders.
n
Maintain robust documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
n
Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and reporting as required.
n

A successful Rebates Transformation Manager will be able to demonstrate:

Strong expertise in accounting and finance, specifically in rebate management.
n




Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilise data effectively.
n
Microsoft D365 experience.
n
Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex financial processes.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
n
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
